Can email account users change their own passwords?

Yes as a NetspaceOnline.net client, if you wish to allow those users you have given email accounts to be able to change their own passwords, what you want to do is to advise them that they can change their passwords by logging into the NetspaceOnline.net Mail Control Panel.

When your members login they will only have limited access to change their own password and a few minor account settings. These would be the general instructions you would want to provide them:

Procedure to change email passwords

- Go to https://domain.com:8443 - Enter the following login information:

Login: your complete email address (myemail@domain.com)
Password: your email password

- Click the Login button - Click the Preferences button You can change your password and other email settings
